The Council of West Knox County Homeowners Inc.(CWKCH) is a grassroots community organization founded in
1971. It is a not-for-profit whose
primary objective is to make local legislators aware of community concerns and to positively influence government decisions affecting the
development of Knox County, with particular emphasis on the West Knox
County area.
Other objectives are to
- assist in the
planning for sound development of services
- assist in balanced land
use planning and implementation
- foster activities dedicated to
environmental enrichment
- encourage the organization and
development of community homeowner associations.
It costs only $25 a year for your HOA to become a member of the CWKCH. Membership is open to neighborhood HOAs and community homeowner groups located in West Knox county but not within the Town of Farragut or inside Knoxville city limits. The reason those areas are not included is because they are not governed by the same legislative bodies as Knox County.
See the "Benefits of Membership" and "Join Us" pages for more information.
